Cut-off times

We always make sure to give our customers the freshest food possible - so we prepare everything on a Wednesday and deliver it on a Thursday. Make sure to place your order by 11:59pm on Monday night and it will be on your doorstep on Friday.

We use DPD to ship to most locations in the UK.

Please note your delivery may occasionally arrive 1 day later than expected. Not to worry, all your food will be safe for up to 48 hours in our climate controlled boxes. Please make sure to factor these potential delays into your delivery date.

Remote Area Delivery - £19.95

Because we always put our boxes on a 24 hour delivery service, we sometimes need to use our second courier partner to get your box to you on time. You'll find a list of remote area postcodes below.

Collect from Jamesfield - Free
In the area? Stop in at Jamesfield, KY14 6EW, on a Thursday between 9am - 3pm and pick up your order to avoid delivery fees. Please note that we are a collection point and not a visitors farm shop.

Dog Food Delivery

Due to the amount of packaging required to ship our dog food, each case of dog food incurs a £9 delivery charge. If you have purchased food and as well as dog food in the same order, you will be charged the regular delivery fees for the food, and an additional £9 per case of dog food.

Can you deliver to my postcode?
As we always prioritise the quality, freshness and safety of our delivered produce, we have to make sure that all our orders go out on a 24 hour delivery service, either with DPD or Parcel Force. Although the produce is safe for up to 48 hours in transit, we cannot use two-day services due to the risk of delays.

How to check if we can deliver to you, and if so, who will be delivering

Step 1
We're always on the lookout for better ways to reach our rural communities, but for now, here's a list of the postcodes we cannot ship to. Make sure your postcode is not on this list. If it is, sadly we are not currently able to deliver to you.

Step 2

If your postcode is not on the above list, check if your postcode can be serviced by DPD here. If it the checker comes back with 'Next Day Delivery', DPD will be delivering (£9.00). If it comes back with anything else, it will be ParcelForce delivering (£19.95).
